What data we collect

Customers: when sending a request — name, phone, address or district, job description, desired day and time. When writing a review — name, rating and text. No registration needed.

Providers: name, phone, Telegram, district, address, map location, working hours, prices, services, description and photos — these are published openly.

Technical: IP address (for protection against spam and hacking; kept in logs for a limited time). We do not use advertising trackers.

Data kept only on your device

For “Near me”, your location stays only in your browser (a 1-day cookie) and is not stored on the server. The “Saved” list and “My orders” keys are also kept only in browser storage.

Who sees your data

Request data is seen by the provider you chose and by Yaqinda.uz moderators. We do not sell data or give it out for advertising. It may be disclosed only at the request of competent authorities in cases provided by law.

Retention and deletion

Requests are kept as long as needed to fulfil them and handle disputes. A provider can change or delete their profile via the personal link; a customer can ask to delete their data via the request form or the “Let us know” link.
