1. What Yaqinda.uz is

Yaqinda.uz is a catalogue of services in the Andijan region: handymen, day labourers, clinics, pharmacies, auto services, shops and more. The site helps you find a provider and contact them. Yaqinda.uz is not a party to the agreement between customer and provider, does not provide the service itself and does not accept payment for it.

2. For customers

Search, the map and the assistant are free to use without registration. When you send a request, you enter your name and phone — they are seen by the provider you chose and by a moderator. You agree on price, timing and quality directly with the provider. Check the provider before paying and do not give prepayments to strangers.

A review can only be written for a completed order. It must be honest, without insults, advertising or other people's personal data; a moderator may decline to publish it.

3. For providers and businesses

Listing is free. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (name, services, prices, address, hours, photos). Photos must be your own — you may not present other people's pictures or images from the internet as your work. The profile is published after a moderator checks it.

The “Verified” badge is given only after documents or the place have actually been checked, and may be withdrawn.

4. Prohibited

False information and impersonating someone else; buying or faking reviews; spam and mass requests; illegal, dangerous or unlicensed medical services; insults and fraud. Profiles and reviews that break the rules are hidden without warning.

5. Data from open sources

Some places come from the open OpenStreetMap map (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence) and may be inaccurate. The owner can take over the profile with the “This is my business” button or report an error.

6. Liability

We try to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete and up to date. The service provider is responsible for the service. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to technical work.

7. Changes and contact

The terms may be updated; a new version takes effect once it is published on this page. Questions and complaints — via the “Let us know” link on a place page or the request form.
